Pasta with Summer Vegetables

With an extremely short prep and cook time, this simple pasta dish incorporates a summery with seasonal vegetables.

We suggest using courgette, peppers and tomatoes to give a beautiful colour to your plate, as well as a fresh summer taste. Baking your vegetables allows them to keep their flavour without adding extra oil for frying.
